Two sister churches have done the math: 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 full-time pastor. We are seeking a full-time pastor (CRE uninstalled or installed) who will split their time between each church. We are geographically and spiritually close to each other, have shared missions and projects, yet are independent with separate Sessions, budgets, and missions and projects. In addition to the Pastor Job Description attached, we have also prepared a joint Mission Discernment Profile which is available upon request.
