THESE DEADLINES ARE CRITICAL!
REMINDER! Deadlines for the April 20, 2010 Presbytery meeting follows:
- Docket time request deadline: March 17, 2010 (nothing can be requested after this date-estimate if you don’t know exactly)
- Display request deadline: April 6, 2010 (please follow the policy for displays at Presbytery meetings on our web site)
- Packet report deadline: April 6, 2010 (email FINAL copies to Pat)
- Packet online: April 13, 2010
NOTE: All docket time requests MUST be submitted NO LATER than March 17th so that the Council can approve all requests at their meeting on March 18th. Any requests made after March 17th will be considered for the July 2010 meeting.

PROCEDURE FOR DOCKET REQUESTS, from CHAIRS ONLY:
All requests and reports must be in ELECTRONIC form in MS Word to:

NOTE: Docket time requests from Committees Chairs are considered carefully and determined/assigned as the Presbytery Meeting Planning Team and the Council reviews the Docket schedule in its entirety.
