Salem Presbytery is called to fulfill the MISSION and GOVERNING
responsibilities given us by Jesus Christ, the great Head of the Church, as
interpreted by the CONSTITUTION OF THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.); that every
one of us will be strengthened and equipped as faithful disciples of Jesus
throughout the whole world.
We as Salem Presbytery strive: to be a visible witness to Jesus Christ, to equip
and strengthen our congregations and leaders for ministry in the world, and to
inspire and model local and global mission.
